For more than a decade, I've been at the forefront of software engineering, serving as a software architect and engineering leader at industry giants like Comcast and Warner Bros. Discovery. My core focus has always been on designing and building robust, high-scale technology that powers services for millions of users.
But building great technology is only half the equation. The most resilient and innovative systems are built by teams that are motivated, psychologically safe, and deeply collaborative. This understanding led me to pursue a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology and certifications in NLP, providing me with a unique toolkit to foster elite engineering cultures.
