• Founded Voxivium, a Public Benefit Corporation, to build a platform that fosters government accountability and transparency. The mission is to empower voters and give politicians unbiased, real-time insights into the will of their constituents.
• Leading product vision, systems design, and the end-to-end cloud architecture. Designing a secure, microservices-based system to handle sensitive user data with a "Privacy by Design" principle.
• Architecting the core "Personal Report Card" feature, which allows users to score politicians based on their voting records against the user's own stances. The platform is designed to bridge partisan divides by empirically showing where citizens agree, regardless of political affiliation.

Expanded leadership skills by managing product operations for the Discovery+ streaming service. Led a team of architects and engineers to resolve critical partner issues, defined SOPs for support, and played a key role in the massive testing effort for the HBO Max to Max re-platforming, ensuring a smooth transition for over 400 syndicate partners and millions of happy customers.

Consulted for a wellness tech startup, defining the architecture for a mobile app and backend services. Designed the database schema, service interfaces, hired and supervised an overseas development team. Prototyped a new biofeedback product, the "SomaGlobe," using Arduino, custom sensors, and 3D printing.

• Progressed from Senior Engineer to Director, leading teams of up to 45 engineers across multiple continents.
• Invented the "Redirector" tool, a critical piece of infrastructure that scaled to handle 150M+ daily connections from 30M devices, remaining in service for over a decade.
• Co-designed the "Lost and Found" (LNF) feature, drastically simplifying WiFi setup for set-top boxes, resulting in a 74% reduction in related customer service calls and contributing to multiple patents.
• Led development on numerous core platform components including the XRE protocol, compliance test suites, security provisioning services (Whitebox/SocProvisioning), and the Spark runtime engine.
• Championed engineering excellence, mentoring and promoting multiple engineers to Principal and Distinguished levels.
